The Azienda Agricola Bianchi is a family business founded in 1998 by Marcy and Alberto Bianchi in Arogno. All of its products are certified Bio Suisse, a brand for Swiss farms and horticulture companies that produce in compliance with the Bio Suisse directives: join forces to restore the balance between the interests of humans, animals and nature.

At the beginning of August 2019 we started a beautiful project aimed at finding wine and honey producers with a vision of sustainability and care for the environment. We want to tell you about the incredible discovery, full of knowledge and love, that the Bianchi family presented to us. We will demonstrate, among a series of photographs and stories of knowledge and deep passion for responsible cultivation, the breeding of bees for a unique honey and grapes for organic wine, as well as many other natural products, all told to us by the dear winemaker Gabriele Bianchi, son of Marcy and Alberto.

Already at the beginning of our adventure, we discovered that the Bianchi farm is the only one with the Bio Suisse certification here in the Canton of Ticino, where we live and where the headquarters of the company is located, in the town of Arogno. A picturesque small mountain town suspended in a beautiful valley, rich in natural beauty and cultivation. From far up the hills the vineyards adorn this fascinating place with their lines, but with a closer look it is clear that the farms have much more than just grapes. A huge variety of fruit and vegetables is grown by everyone.

In the Bianchi farm, all the products are scattered among the many hectares of land they occupy. We will tell this story of Bees, Honey, Grapes, Wine and other crops for a year and everything we discover will be included in a photo book at the end of this great adventure in search of sustainability, biography and love for nature.
