In search for silence and for a magic discreet place, far away from men of sordid temperament, we came to live here by the lakeside to inspire ourselves and choose with fondness the time and place for our precious work.

There is a song where we are from that talks about these desires that we today accomplish, a description of ancient alchemists poetically told with an inspiring melody to which we identify ourselves. We chose this song as an emblem of our arrival and purpose and just like the sung poetry, we are pacient, assiduous and persevering, we know that we are foreigners around here and that we have started a new life project in a faraway land. But we carry with us the magic of inventing and reinventing because the alchemists create, experiment, visualise, plan, study, blend, divide, colour and more than anything else, believe and execute. They are nothing without their creations, after all, they live for discovery and the possibility of transforming worthless raw material into something as valuable as gold. Just like the alchemists we are curious and restless minds. Free souls with handy creative hands, capable and sensitive to our environment and to nature around us.

Campione d’Italia is located in the Ticino canton and it’s here where we chose to create our laboratory of ideas, by the Lugano lake and the beautiful Swiss city that is exactly across the same lake. Built by the mountain’s foot, with an exuberant and predominant nature, Campione is a small town of glorious stories and wellbeing. With a modest population of no more than 200 people, Campione has embraced us like a mother’s arms and hugs. It’s left to us to keep on with the time that here appears to pass differently, to learn and put into practice our knowledge in benefit of this place that is today our home.
